All orders placed on working days before 12.00 are normally dispatched the same day if they are in stock. You will receive your order 1-5 working days after we have received your order. Orders containing profiled products, products with special measurements and products that are not in stock may take longer. Considering Svalbard's location, we unfortunately cannot keep the delivery time to 1-5 working days. In some cases it can take up to two weeks.
Delivery of the goods from the seller to the buyer takes place in the manner, at the place and at the time indicated in the order solution in the online store. If the order solution does not provide a delivery time, the seller must deliver the goods to the buyer within a reasonable time, which is normally 3-5 working days and no later than 30 days after the order has been received.
